Tatkal ticket booking has become quite a difficult task these days. Approximately 1.3 million people book tatkal tickets daily on the Indian Railways’ (IRCTC) website. Furthermore there are some additional details about Tatkal Ticket:
- Tatkal ticket availability in train: Approximately 305,000 seats are available daily under the Tatkal scheme, making up about 20.16% of the total Indian Railways capacity.
